Dust and Pastry Remainders

In the fully automated process of the Industrial Bakery MIDOR, a high performance Industrial Vacuum unit, 500 D560, is used for removing pastry remainders from the conveyer belt. An optional control enables the cleaning of the filters at regular intervals. The permeability of the filters is constantly supervised by means of a pressure gauge, indicating the clogging of the filters in a timely manner with a warning light.
